  1. Get an app
  2. Capitalise on the app-ortunity (sorry, couldn't resist) to engage with people pre, during and post-trip to enhance all aspects of the trip, and create a great relationship
  3. Think of "post- this trip" as "pre-the next trip". The opportunity with an app is constant engagement.
